SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

We are a small shop, and we work hard to make and ship your items as quickly as possible.

  • Ready to Ship Products: Your order will typically be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving it.

  • Made to Order Products: Please allow up to two weeks for your order to be processed and shipped as these items are made specifically for you.

  • Wedding/Bespoke Orders: Due to the personalized nature and intricate process of creating wedding and bespoke items, please allow additional time for processing and fulfillment beyond our standard Made to Order timeframe. We will communicate the estimated timeline for these specialized orders individually.

Fulfillment Time:

Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment. Please allow an additional up to 7 business days for the fulfillment process before your order is shipped.

Order Confirmation and Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

Shipping Insurance:

Please note that our standard shipping fee does not include insurance against loss or damage during transit. If you are interested in adding insurance to your package, please email us at admin@cyrenez.shop before your order ships, and we will provide you with a rate and a separate invoice for the additional coverage. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to add insurance.

Shipping Address:

Please carefully review your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost or returned due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we are unable to issue a refund for the shipping cost until the order is back in our possession. Please be aware that it can take several weeks for courier and shipping services to return incorrectly addressed packages.

International Shipping:

For all international orders, please email us directly at admin@cyrenez.shop for shipping information, availability, and costs. We will be happy to assist you with your international order and provide you with the necessary details.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

Once your package leaves our premises and is transferred to the selected courier service, ownership of the package transfers to you, the buyer. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, held, delayed, or damaged during transit. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress (once shipped). If you experience any shipping issues, please first contact the carrier directly for assistance.
