Refund and Exchange Policy
Refunds:
We gladly accept refunds for defective items. If you believe you have received a defective product, please initiate the refund process by sending clear photographs of the defect(s) along with your order number to our email address: admin@cyrenez.shop.
Once we receive your email and review the photos, we will assess the issue and notify you of the next steps in the refund process.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer exchanges unless the item you received is defective. In the case of a defective item, please follow the refund process outlined above. If your refund is approved for a defective item and you wish to receive a replacement (if available), please indicate this in your initial email. We will assess the possibility of an exchange on a case-by-case basis.
